Preamble:

This license is intended to foster the open exchange and enhancement of original ideas and arguments while ensuring that the original contributors are credited for their contributions. It is designed to be applicable to a wide range of intellectual endeavors, including theoretical concepts, philosophical arguments, creative ideas, and any form of original thought that contributes to public discourse and advancement.

1. Definitions:

  • “Idea” refers to a concept, theory, insight, or proposition that provides a novel approach or understanding to a particular subject.
  • “Argument” refers to a reasoned set of premises leading to a conclusion, designed to persuade or explain a particular point of view.

2. Grant of License:
